Each blanket at Knit My Gift is custom made with love and attention to detail. Due to the unique design and knitting process, the size of the blanket may vary slightly.
On average, the size of our blanket is approximately 65cm x 112cm, providing a cosy and comfortable space for your little one.

Knitted on demand in London
Our baby blankets are knitted on demand in our studio located in central London on a 7 gauge knitting machine from Kniterate. We take pride in creating high-quality products with attention to detail.
GOTS Certified Organic Cotton
We use GOTS certified organic cotton for knitting our baby blankets. GOTS certification ensures that the cotton is grown and processed without harmful chemicals, making it safe for your baby and the environment.
Caring for your blanket
Washing Instructions
To keep your blanket in great condition, we recommend washing it with similar colours using a gentle 30-degree cycle, as this is not only effective but also environmentally friendly. After washing, simply reshape the blanket by gently stretching it back into its original form. It's important to note that tumble drying is not recommended for this blanket, as it may lead to shrinkage. Instead, opt for air drying or hanging the blanket to preserve its size and quality.
Washing detergent
In order to maintain the vibrant colours and softness of your blanket, we advise against using whitening detergents. These types of detergents may contain harsh chemicals that can potentially damage the organic cotton fibers and affect the overall appearance of the blanket. We recommend using a mild, colour-safe detergent to ensure the longevity and quality of your blanket.
